I am over sixty years old and shoot six rounds of Trap per week (150 shells) and get tired holding my shotgun between shots. This rest is the best I have used, and allows me to improve my scores by letting me rest nstead of hold my shotgun between shots. I highly recommend it.</p>

So far used it during skeet shooting and it worked perfectly. Actually aides me in picking up a couple hulls, inadvertently dropped. Looking forward to using for trap this weekend, where the use will be even more suitable.
